Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect through the Mischiefy website and early access waitlist at mischiefy.com, and what we do with it. Mischiefy is operated by First Million LLC (in formation) ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@mischiefy.com or support@mischiefy.com. A fuller privacy policy is planned for the Mischiefy app at launch.
What we collect
Your email address. That's it. When you join the waitlist we store your email, a record that you ticked the 18+ and email consent box, the version of that consent text, and the date you signed up.
We do not ask for your name, date of birth, phone number, address, photos or payment details on this site. We don't store your IP address or location with your signup.
Cookies, trackers and analytics
We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics on this site. We save one small value in your browser's local storage to remember that you confirmed you're 18 or older, so we don't ask every visit. You can clear it any time in your browser settings.
How we use your email
- To tell you when early access opens and send your invite.
- To share launch news and founding member pricing.
- To reply if you contact us.
We never sell or rent your email, and we don't share it with advertisers.
Who processes it
The site and waitlist are hosted on Cloudflare, which stores the list on our behalf. When we email the list we may use an email delivery provider acting on our instructions. The full list of service providers is to be finalized. Our hosting provider may log technical request data (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability, under its own policies; we don't add that data to the waitlist.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist is closed, whichever comes first. If you go on to create a Mischiefy account, the app's privacy policy will apply to that account.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe using the link in any email, or email support@mischiefy.com to see, correct or delete your email. Depending on where you live (for example, under certain US state privacy laws), you may have additional rights; contact us and we'll help.
Adults only
This site is not for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has signed up, tell us at support@mischiefy.com and we'll delete it.
Security
We limit access to the waitlist and use our hosting provider's security controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep what we hold to the minimum.
Changes
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change to how we use your email, we'll tell you before it applies.
